OUR RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS
If you wish to return any part of your order, you have 14 days from the date listed on your packing slip to return the item/s to us.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received. Product must not have been worn (trying them on is fine of course!), washed or damaged in any way and with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
For products which do not meet this criteria or have been returned after 14 days, please be aware that your return may be declined and the product/s will be returned to your delivery address.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@adinamonette.com with the subject title returns and your order number.
* Please note, you will be responsible for paying the postage on your returns. As a small business, we currently cannot offer a free returns service. Please also be aware that we cannot give refunds/exchanges for products which are lost in the post. To ensure your products reach us, please send them via a mail tracking process.
EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges! If you wish to exchange any products you also have 14 days and they must meet the criteria below. When it comes to exchanges, we are happy to offer you an exchange for the same product in a new size. If you are wanting a new colour, unfortunately you must refund your current product and place a new order.
EXCHANGE CRITERIA

For products which do not meet this criteria or have been returned after 14 days, please be aware that your exchange may be declined and the product/s will be returned to your delivery address.
We do not offer exchanges on any of our accessories, briefs or thongs due to hygiene reasons.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Hair accessories, briefs and thongs cannot be returned, due to hygiene reasons, so please make sure you use the sizing guide to place orders for underwear. We also cannot accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and do not currently offer gift cards.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your refund does not include any shipping fees you may have paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
